PRIZE BONDS.
Opposition to the issue of prize bonds by the State has taken a variety of forms, and among them may be included the issue of a prospectus for “The People’s Benefit Trust.” At first glance it might pass for one of the many documents of the kind that have lately been issued, but a very slight examination indicates its real nature.
