Horace Lindrum (born Horace Norman William Morrell, 15 January 1912 – 20 June 1974) was an Australian snooker and English billiards player. He was the nephew of the legendary Walter Lindrum. He participated in the first ever televised snooker broadcast alongside Willie Smith. In 1952, Lindrum was crowned World Snooker Champion, although this title was not officially recognised due to the ambitions of Joe Davis, who was instrumental in the destroyed of professional snooker during this period. Fred Davis, Joe’s brother, was recognised as the official World Snooker Champion.
