Snooker’s Flirtation
Runcorn Examiner, Saturday 14 November 1914
PICTUREDROME.
Entertaining programmes have been the order at the Picturedrome this week, where for the first three nights “A Victim of Blackmail,” a two-reel drama, was the principal film. The series of adventures shown under the title of “Lucille Love” were continued, and these two films comprised the dramatic element in the first programme. Comedy was provided by the films “Snooker’s Flirtation” “Mike Wins the Championship,” and “The Fireman’s Social,” whilst a scenic picture, “Interlaken to Scheidegg,” was much appreciated. The “Gaumont Journal” and the “singing” picture—”Everyone will be a soldier”—concluded a really excellent programme.
