From men named Herbert Snooker

Mr. Pettefar asked the Bench to take into consideration the fact that there were warrants outstanding in connection with sums of 3s. 6d. obtained in a similar manner from men named Bond and Plum. Peel wished it to be known also that he had obtained sums of money in the same way and at the same time from men named Herbert Snooker, P. E. Budd, W. G. Mothersell, A. W. Cox, L. W. Bassett and J. Eaton.
