Pahiatua racing club.
A meeting of stewards was held in the Commercial Hotel last evening, Mr O. C. Cooper (president) in the chair.
Mr A. McCardle was recommended for a gentleman rider’s license.
Messrs Cooper, Hare, and McCardle were appointed to deal with the back definition question and report at a meeting to be held on Thursday next at 7.30 p.m.
Mr G. Cross was elected a member of the Club.
