WATCH SNOOKER.
In connection with the Cambridgeshire however, there may be a deal more reason to follow the future of Snooker, who won very easily at York yesterday. I have been intrigued by Snooker ever since he won at Doncaster, where I know his stable companion, Alluvial, was on serious test for Cambridgeshire reliability. Alluvial ran a bad race, and probably is ungenerous. I should not be surprised to find Mr. J. B. Joel happy to promote Snooker in Alluvial’s place. Snooker is young and clearly is coming to himself as he approaches four-year-old estate. Snooker has beaten nothing, as they say, but you do not know what he may be, and he is only a little above the minimum weight in the Cambridgeshire.
