«”HULLTIMES” IN THE TRANSVAAL
TO THE EDITOR OF THE “DAILY MAIL.”
Sir,—I am writing these few lines to inform you of my continued appreciation of your splendid billiard articles by “Riso Levi.” You will not perhaps remember, but I wrote to you about this time last year expressing a hope that the billiard column would continue every year as a regular feature, so that no branch of the game might be left unnoticed.
Billiards is wonderfully popular here in Pretoria, and “Snooker” pool is played almost as much as billiards. Perhaps all in good time you may give us some articles on “Snooker.” I feel confident that such a series of articles would be well received at home, and I am sure that numerous readers here besides myself would peruse them with interest.—With best wishes, I am, Sir, etc.,
V. YORKE-HART.
