The Derby.—The Angelica colt was backed last night at 14 to 1; and Mr. Worral’s colt Reindeer (backed rather freely at the autumn meetings) at 100’s to 2. This morning is to I was accepted on Launcelot—offered In fifties yesterday. Bokhara was backed at 20 to 1. No one will exceed 20 on the Wardan or Gambia. Ottoman at 27. One hundred pounds to a couple of shillings offered v. Snooker, and 100 to 1, and then 400 to 2 laid agst Sir Richard Bulkeley’s Physician colt; 500 to 10 freely offered after agst his two. 2s to 1 was the highest offer v. Black Bess. 1,000 to 5 was offered v. Lord Kelburne’s colt, and 100 to 2 repeatedly offered agst Ottoman for the 2,000 and Derby.
