THE NEW CLUB SIMLA.
We have received a copy of the rules and regulations of the New Simla Club. The rules which are of importance as marking the difference of its constitution from the existing Services Club at Simla are Rules 3, 8, 9, 10 and 12, as below.

En passant, we may note that in drawing up the charges of the billiard room, the management have omitted all mention of the game of “Snooker,” which threatens to usurp in India the place of “Pool” of every other description.
