WESTS PICTURES.
Two magnificent programmes are promised at West’s Pictures during the coming week, and the splendid variety to he submitted should be the means of attracting crowded houses. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday a powerful Dramatic picture will appear under the title “Pirates’ Island.” This sensational story, we may add, is full of exciting adventures from beginning to end. The same programme will include a very stirring Vitagraph play, entitled “Warfare in the Skies,” which should make special appeal at the present time. “Mabel’s Busy Day” and “Domestic Pets” will also appear. With the grand change of programme on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, will be presented a sensational drama, entitled “The Mystery of the Bank Vault,” a story full of plots and counter plots. The dramatic section will also include “Face Value,” while other pictures of importance will be “Snooker’s Disguise” and “Italian Cavalry.”
We are pleased to announce that during the whole of the coming week Miss Winifred Gaynor, the renowned contralto vocalist, will give charming selections from her extensive repertoire.
