This book constitutes a reprint of a series of articles that were contributed to “The Billiard Player” (September, 1924—April, 1929) by Mr. Henry Sydenham Dixon (1848-1931), who was Chairman of the Billiard Association and Control Council. It is regrettable to note that the series of articles was not concluded.
