50 years of Billiards in Grimsby
There will always be an element of doubt re the first Billiard Room in Grimsby. Possibly the old Queen’s Head may hold the record, but in the sixties the nuts of that period indulged in the fascinating pastime at the Yarborough, Queen’s Hotel, White Hart, etc. Re the latter. In the early sixties, Levi Heyhoe migrated from the Yarborough Hotel to the White Hart and became the landlord of the latter hostelry.
