HOUND TRIAL AT EMBLETON.

A neck-anti-neck finish to a trial in which ten hounds all together streamed down the mountain side to the judges was seen by a large crowd at Embleton. Mr Greentow’s Diamond beat only by inches Mr Rea’s Hurry On, which is running strongly for the championship. Mr Watson’s Welfare was third. The favourite puppy, Snooker, carried off the junior trail.
